Burritos and Building Controls Solutions

     The Facility Manager Association of New Mexico in conjunction with Varitec Controls and Service Solutions provided insight into the latest and greatest technology to help facility managers and engineers bring their building controls systems into balance at our April meeting.  Questions and answers were considered as members of guests of FMANM networked with customers of Varitec over a working breakfast featuring the New Mexico staples of breakfast burritos and pinon coffee.

     Building controls issues are at the top of the list for many facilities and technology is evolving quickly to help administrators find new solutions to solve and integrate new technologies into existing equipment without requiring a “start over from the ground up” approach.

     The crowd ran the gamut from administrators, supervisors, engineers, and technicians, all with the common goal of seeking new efficiencies to more smoothly run their facilities.
